Pitch is sales coaching for teams. Your company sets up your account, and the Pitch app records your work conversations, scores them, and coaches you on them. Below are answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email us.

Getting in

  • Joining your team. Your manager or company admin invites you by email. Open the invite link, set a password, and you're in. There is no public sign-up.
  • Signing in. Use the email your invite was sent to and the password you set. Signing in as someone else on a phone that remembers a previous account? Tap the back arrow on the "Sign in as…" screen.
  • Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
  • "Not on a team yet." Your login exists but isn't attached to a team. Open the invite link from your email again, or ask your manager to re-send it.

Recording

  • Connecting a mic. In the app, go to Coach → Mic, pick your microphone, and tap Connect. The iPhone's built-in microphone works. Bluetooth mics must be paired in iPhone Settings → Bluetooth first.
  • Microphone access is off. Turn it on in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Pitch.
  • A recording isn't showing up. Pitch uploads when you have signal and retries on its own. Give it a few minutes on a good connection. Very short or empty clips are skipped.

Your data

  • What's recorded and who sees it. In the app, see Account → What's recorded and why. It also lists the AI services that transcribe and analyze recordings.
  • Deleting your account. In the app, go to Account → Delete account. This removes your login and your name. Recordings and stats you already made stay with your company without your name on them. Details are in our Privacy Policy at usepitch.app/privacy.
  • Talked to a rep who uses Pitch? Recordings of that conversation belong to the rep's company. Contact them, or email us and we'll route your request.
